A certain eligibility criterion has also been stated in the notification of the Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Teerath Darshan Yojana. The rules are stated below for reference:
- The interested passenger applicants should hold a domicile of Madhya Pradesh.
- The age of the applicant should be 60 years or above.
- The female passenger applicants will be given relaxation of 2 years.
- Group can also apply under the scheme but only the group of 25 people will be considered.
- Also, most importantly All passengers should be physically and mentally fit. No person with any of the following disease will be allowed to travel.

- On the home page, you have to click on the option of Download application Form.
- After Downloading the application form to your device take a print out of the form.
- After this you have to enter all the important information asked in the application form and then attach all the above-mentioned important documents with this form.
- After this you have to submit this form in Tehsil/Sub Tehsil office.
All the received will be processed further and then applications that have been selected will be sent to the concerned IRCTC officer and then ID cards of all the passengers will be issued. The ID cards will contain information like Passenger’s name, age, coach number and seat number. This protocol will make it easier for the authorities as well as the passengers to get record for the teerath yatra.
