The UPSC NDA exam is offering 395 vacancies this year. Out of these 395vacancies seat distribution in different wings is as follows:
- In the National defence academy:
- Army wing: 208 male candidates including 10 female candidates
- Navy wing: 42 male candidates including 3 female candidates
- Airforce wing:
- Flying: 90 male candidates and 2 female candidates
- Ground duties (tech): 16 male candidates and 2 female candidates
- Ground duties (non tech) 8 male candidates and 2 female candidates
- Naval Academy (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme): 25 candidates and that only male.
UPSC NDA Hall Ticket 2023
The application process window for the registration of UPSC NDA phase 1 exam started on 21st December 2023 on the official website of UPSC. Many interested and eligible candidates had applied for the exam. The application window was closed officially on 12th January 2023. The date of UPSC NDA phase 1 exam has also been announced to commence officially on 16th April 2023 in different examination centres around India.
The admit card was made officially available on 24th March 2023 so the candidates who have not downloaded their admit card can visit the official website and download their respective admit cards. As per the eligibility criteria of UPSC NDA exam 2023 the candidate must be a citizen of India. The candidate must not be born before 2nd January 2004 or after 1st January, 2007. For selection to army wing the candidate must have studies his 10+2 from a recognized board.

For selection in Navy or air force wing and Naval Academy (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme) the candidate must have passed his 10+2 but with Physics, chemistry and mathematics as his amil subjects. Only unmarried candidates can apply for the exam.

UPSC NDA 1 e-Admit Card 2023
The candidates appearing in the UPSC NDA phase 1 exam will have to face a written test stage. The written test will be conducted in the form of paper-1 and paper-2. Paper-1 is the general aptitude test. This test will have all objective type questions. Each question will be for 4 marks and 2.5 hours will be given to complete paper-1. Whereas, paper-2 will only consist of mathematics portion and each question will carry 2.5 marks and the candidate will be given only 2.5 hours to complete paper-2. Both paper-1 and paper-2 will be for 900 marks in total.
The students must answer the paper very carefully as negative of 1.33 and 0.83 will be done in paper-1 and paper-2 respectively for every wrong answer. All the candidates who have already applied for the recruitment can download the Admit Card of the recruitment to from on the official website by using their login details. All the candidates should also take a print out of the admit card because no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without admit card.

- Then on the homepage you will find a direct online admit card link of UPSC NDA phase-1 exam 2023 and click on it.
- Then on the next tab the candidates need to login using their registration number and their birth date.
- After pressing the submit button the candidate’s admit card will appear on the screen the candidate can save the admit card to their device and also take a printout for the same for future reference.
